I am Aurore.

My passion and intention are to share practices to help people live more harmonious and balanced lives. I work with the ancient arts of yoga, breath, meditation, and sound.
My practices are an invitation to press pause on the world around you, journey inwards, reconnect to yourself, and along the way find wisdom and higher truth.
I am trained and teach vinyasa, pre and post-natal, and yin yoga. Most recently, and after experiencing the power of sound healing, my path naturally evolved in that direction.
I now offer sound healing, yoga classes, and events for private, corporate, and groups.
My journey
Professionally trained ballerina in my youth, I have always been passionate about body movement and wellness. But my formative adult years were troubled with stress, anxiety, and poor mental health, which have led me through multiple burnouts and left me feeling lost, and directionless. It is during these challenging times that I discovered the ancient art of yoga, which became my way to escape, reconnect with myself and support my health and wellbeing.
After several years in the corporate world, I took a U-turn in my life, and I now find myself guiding people back home to themselves through yoga, breath, meditation, and sound healing.
